EliteClimb Salamandra

The lightest full-strength ice axe in the world, the Salamandra is specially designed for ice climbing and long mountain routes.

-Two holes for attachment in sketchy terrain. One is on top and the other on the bottom near the lower end of the grip to attach cord and tethers.
-Shaft is covered with special abrasive paint for perfect grip.
-Produced according to EN 13089 standard for ice axes (type 2).
-Made from hybrid carbon and kevlar composite.
-Weight 350g-430g depending on installed pick. Available pick variations: ice, mixed,  hammer, and adze.
