we have some park pack samples for sale. one first generation sample, $40 and a second generation sample for $65. both are fully functional and built as a production item. the second generation sample has no label-I spaced on sewing it on. shipping is not included.

The first generation is covered in sharpie notes of things to change! both carry ice tools and crampons, have 19" back length...

I got the pattern almost right. just need to widen the base a little.

I get asked fairly regularly why I decided to bring back so many of the old styles. There are a number of reasons, but as the recent article about me says, it's not because I shun technology. I wouldn't trade carbon fiber ice tools, modern climbing boots, Grivel ice screws, or my rohloff hub for anything....
