Here's shots of the completed harness side. you can see the tensioned mesh panel in action. If you want one of the Synergy packs they cost $750, with all five pockets. Waist belt is custom sized.

This pack is a recreation of a Synergy Works pack from the late 70's for a customer Works was on early market innovator of both the internal framed backpack and Gore Tex clothing back in the late 70's-early 80's. They were based in the bay area, like most outdoor brands of the time.

Occasionally I get some pretty interesting custom pack requests.Check this pack out I just finished for a customer. It's designed to carry a full mtb on the back and skis. There are alloy stays sewn onto the front to keep the daisy chains open and the pack from collapsing with the weight of the bike. Full ski slots . For dave atbikeboards.
